Refund Policy

At Samira Skincare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us to request an exchange.
